My friend and I recently visited a place called Full Circle Retreat, founded in 2023 by Christina Baker and Kim Kyler. This tranquil haven is designed specifically for women seeking a peaceful escape. We attended an event called “Slow TF Down,” which was an incredible experience.

The retreat offered a variety of activities, including lunch and homemade dinner, a relaxing salt room, a mini animal area, a pool, a fun jeep ride, a game and music room, a nature trail, and a labyrinth. One unique feature was the bracelet system, allowing participants to choose whether they wanted to chat or enjoy their solitude, which I found particularly thoughtful.

Full Circle Retreat is not just a place to relax but also a venue that hosts events aimed at healing through nature, intuitive, and spiritual practices. Here are some upcoming events:

  • August 10 & September 7: Slow TF Down retreats
  • August 25: Sacred Soul Illumination with Thia Belden
  • September 20-22: Nature’s Healing Embrace with Lyn Kirkman
  • October 18-20: Star’s Healing Energy Retreat with Selena and Jenny
  • October 25-27: Sober Curious Weekend
  • November 7-10: Breathwork & Biofield Tuning with Chanelle Sipp
  • November 15-17: Yoga Weekend with Kendra Yates
  • November 21-26: Firewalk Instructor Certification Training

One of my favorite moments was sitting on the porch, watching the rain, when a little hummingbird flew into the flowers in front. Hummingbirds are one of my favorite creatures, so this was a special highlight for me.

Overall, Full Circle Retreat offers a unique and rejuvenating experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to slow down and reconnect with themselves.  https://retreatfullcircle.com/
