Todd Marks

Todd Marks is a father of three children who attend public schools in Hillsborough County. Todd is also a business owner who, in 2006, founded a civil law firm and a real estate closing company in Hillsborough County.

Prior to forming Westchase Law, P.A. and Westchase Title, LLC, Todd Marks attended the George Mason School of Law where he graded on to the George Mason Law Review and served as its Symposium Editor.

Todd began practicing law in McLean, Virginia and Washington, D.C. with the law firm of Shaw Pittman, LLP where he practiced in the emerging companies and commercial real estate practice groups. Todd also worked for the law firm Connolly Bove where he developed a general practice which included estate planning, litigation, and other business law matters.

In the meantime, Todd remained active in local, state, and national political campaigns. His experience includes working as a Chief of Staff for a Cincinnati City Council member, White House Advance for President George W. Bush, and he operated the Election Day legal response team in Hillsborough County for the Republican Party of Florida.

Todd serves on the Board of the Westchase Charitable Foundation where he helps raise financial support for families in need due to a medical crisis or illness and has served on the Land Use Appeals Board in Hillsborough County and on the Board of Church at the Bay.   https://www.toddmarks.com/meet-todd
